Connect Search was a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial partner during my transition between PepsiCo and Ferrero. They proactively approached me, understood the types of roles and companies that would interest me despite my not being actively looking, facilitated the introduction to Ferrero based on that input, and managed well the complexity of a relocation from the US to Europe.
