Our client, a major international Food group, is recruiting a VP Sales - Foodservice for the US market.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing commercial function to deliver significant growth and increase market share.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing key, long-term senior relationships with distributors and QSR’s;
Building, leading and motivating a sales team to deliver sales growth across the US;
Ensuring a best-practice approach to sales team leadership and the management of key accounts and new business development;
Contributing to strategic and commercial decision-making as part of the senior leadership team to deliver performance objectives for the division.
