Connect Search has been retained by a Global FMCG Group who are looking for a world class Ecommerce and Digital Transformation Director to take their North American business on the next phase of its exciting journey.
Reporting to the President, this newly created role will lead and imbed the evolution of their Ecommerce Management, Online Channel Development, D2C and Digital Acceleration agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and deploy the e-Commerce Region strategy with an integrated end-to-end approach to win in all different online business models, interfacing with all the internal stakeholders (Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales) in order to ensure continuous alignment on the various workstreams and considering also external benchmarking of successful players.
Build a sustainable strategy around Direct to Consumer business models to improve the direct connection and engagement with our consumers.
Own the consumer relationship and the digital data/insights
Act as a facilitator about digital topics and introduce a digital approach in the Region towards consumers, promotions and website
Partner with the wider business to identify areas where digital tools can drive business performance
