Key responsibilities include: Oversee relationships with major retailers; Monitor performance and analyse trends to identify opportunities; Set budgets and targets for the team; Work closely with marketing to develop launch plans; Analyse competitors and local markets to develop a 360 degree strategy; Manage a team of 3 people.
