Our client, a Global Food Group has retained Connect Search to appoint a UK Managing Director.

Reporting to the European President, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;

Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;

Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;

Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.
