Our client, a leading food manufacturer has retained Connect Search to recruit a Senior Site Director in Leicestershire.

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Site Director will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Site Director include:

• Leading the business, with full responsibility for P&L, capex and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectation;
• Shaping and delivering site operations objectives whilst influencing at a divisional level, ensuring site manufacturing improvement and operational excellence;
• Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
• Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability and communication across the site and a clear focus on delivery of core activities.
