Our client is a global Food & Ingredients group who are recruiting for a Senior Operations/Supply Chain Director to take responsibility for 2 sites. Reporting to the Regional BU Leader and Global VP you will be part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Director Manufacturing include:

• Leading and developing a large team (over 300) responsible for Manufacturing and Operations and supply chain activities;
• Full responsibility for the Manufacturing facilities, operations and supply chain, including strategic and operational management of all manufacturing plants;
• Driving the simplification of processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodology;
• Building integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group

To apply, you must be an experienced Senior Director with deep rooted experience across Manufacturing, operations and Supply Chain in the manufacturing sector. You will have implemented Lean processes or similar methodology across multiple sites. You must have strong hands-on operations and supply chain development experience, the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to drive operating performance.
