Our client, a pioneering Plant-Based International Food Group, is recruiting a Sales Director for DACH. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the development of the foodservice client base and the established and fast-growing retail business. This newly created high-profile role will allow the successful candidate to have a major impact as part of an ambitious growth plan and it is imperative that right candidate has excellent experience within foodservice. There is an excellent opportunity for personal growth within the wider group.
Key responsibilities: Establish and secure deep-rooted relationships with customers across DACH; Create a winning route to market strategy within the HoReCa channel, including key distributors; Inspire and coach the sales teams through product and channel expertise; Deliver significant brand growth whilst securing a profitable sales pipeline; Implement and secure good relationships with both internal (matrix environment) and external stakeholders.
To apply, you must have deep expertise in the food service sector, working with HoReCa foodservice customers and key distributors. You must be a self-starter that can make things happen, ideally with experience of working with dairy products. You should have significant experience of developing profitable accounts in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment. A desire to work in the exciting plant-based sector would be an excellent platform for success; You must be fluent in German and English.
