Our client, a leading Global Dairy Group, is recruiting a Sales Director to continue the growth of their established US business. Reporting to the MD US Operations, you will be part of the senior leadership team and responsible for driving commercial performance across multiple categories and channels.
Key responsibilities include; Leading and developing a team of Account Managers covering the US market to develop high margin categories across multiple channels; Developing current key accounts whilst implementing Business Development strategy; Identifying growth opportunities, working with innovation teams to develop and launch new product offerings.
To apply, you must be a proven commercial leader with experience of managing and developing accounts within the US Dairy market, preferably with a major Dairy group who offer a value-added proposition. You will have implemented commercial strategy and been directly involved in developing critical key account relationships whilst leading and building high performing teams. You will have led senior level negotiations and will be the primary contact for market knowledge in the sector.
