Our client, a high profile International Food Group who have aggressive expansion plans, has retained Connect Search to recruit a Head of M&A and Strategic Finance Projects.

Reporting to the CFO, you will fulfil a unique position in the group, focusing on key strategic M&A ventures and transformational business projects.

This newly created role will play a critical role in the business executing its exciting growth agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

• Key member of the M&A Project Management Office supporting in all project governance activities, including modelling, finance due diligence, and completion mechanics.
• Project management of critical transformation projects ensuring Business Project Management ways of working and governance.
• Actively champion the development of finance technology opportunities, and future finance ways of working.
• Enhancing the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of M&A projects, through good governance and project management toolkits.
• Maintain valuation scenario analysis, including tracking transactions across the business and other transactions across the Sector.
