Our client, a leading International FMCG Group, is recruiting a General Manager for the UK. Reporting to the European MD, you will take responsibility for driving performance of the UK business, setting strategic objectives and leading and developing the senior team.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the UK business, with full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with group expectation; Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and ensuring customer service excellence is achieved; Managing a senior team to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met; Leading the development of key accounts through enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
