Our client, an established and fast-growing skincare brand is recruiting a General Manager to lead the expansion of their business across APAC.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and establishing strong relationships with distributors and direct customers to expand the customer base and revenues from professional and E-commerce channels.
With strong product development and marketing support within the Group, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy and build a team capable of delivering new business growth in an exciting market and for an innovative business.
You will need a proven track record of growing a business within cosmetics and ideally have a network in professional beauty. You must be able to develop and present strategic plans at board level and operate hands-on, working closely with key customers whilst recruiting and leading a team.
