Director of Brand Marketing | Competitive Salary Package | North Colorado
Our client, a major consumer goods group, is looking to appoint a Brand Marketing Director to build the groups retail and food service brands. The role will be accountable for strategy, execution and collaboration with cross functional teams including Consumer Insights, Innovation, Operations and Category.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and lead marketing plans for brands, execute on plans to deliver against brand KPIs; Lead and execute marketing strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies, advertising and consumer promotion initiatives; Key business partner to innovation and execution of product line extension and packaging innovation plans including business proposal and approval; Work with the sales organization to understand and integrate customer strategies in business and brand plans; Create a collaborative and trust culture across all cross functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Culinary, R&D, Innovation, Operations and Category.
To apply, you must be an experienced professional with 10+ years of relevant marketing experience within a large CPG with hands on P&L ownership. You will be a strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. People management skills will be essential as you will be leading a team. MBA or equivalent education/experience is preferred as is experience with Nielsen and/or IRI.
The role will be based on site at the group’s headquarters in North Colorado.
