Beijing Permanent $280k - $350k

Reporting to the Regional President with a dotted line to the Group COO, this business critical role will be part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of Managers responsible for manufacturing, engineering, technology and supply chain activities;
  • Full responsibility for the supply chain, including strategic and operational management of all manufacturing plants;
  • Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodology;
  • Building integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.

To apply, you must be an experienced Operations Executive with deep expertise in the Food / FMCG sectors.

You will have implemented Lean processes or similar methodology across multiple geographies. You must have strong hands-on plant development experience and the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to implementing innovation and technology to drive operating performance.
