Working for a Global Retail organisation you will hold international responsibility and drive the Digital journey of this expansive business. The organisation has, and continues, to invest heavily in its digital capability, you will be based in the South-East USA and hold responsibility for leading the implementation and development of major digital projects across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for digital implementations and advancements, strong focus to drive the effectiveness and growth of the eCommerce platform
• Investigating new products and oversee the development of digital tools
• Lead on resource allocation decisions and strategic prioritization, enabled via timely & accurate information together with specific expertise
• Strong focus on the Customer Experience of all users, i.e. marketing, eCommerce, Customer Service, Employees, Customers, etc
• Working with new tools including Chatbots, CRM and Digital Marketing
• Leading Change Management, Project Management and influencing key stakeholders

Requirements
