Our client, a global consumer food group with a portfolio of iconic and innovative brands, and a leading position in many international markets, is recruiting an Category Growth Director. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategic plan for this high profile division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the category strategy across all international territories assessing both organic and M&A opportunities;
- Supporting regional management teams to implement key changes and support decision making, and leading change and transformation processes that impact performance;
- Using analytical and planning skills to provide insight into key trends, opportunities and threats to deliver the strategic plan;
- Building stakeholder relationships across all functions and influencing behaviour through clear analysis and presentation.
To apply, you must have a proven record in a strategic role supporting growth across a major region or category, with an international branded consumer goods group. You will have led the development and implementation of company strategy across complex, matrix structured businesses in established and emerging markets.
Likely to have experience in management consulting as well as a corporate environment, you will be able to combine strategic thinking and analysis with a hands-on approach in delivering change operationally.
Strong leadership and presentation skills and the ability to travel internationally is essential.
