Connect Search, the International Executive Search firm, is celebrating its 10th Anniversary.

Connect Search, the International Executive Search firm, is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and marked the occasion by announcing three recent additions to their leadership team. Paul Don – Director of Ingredients & Flavours Division, Ben Spragg, Director – Personal Care Division and Daniel Begg, Director – Retail Division, have all joined the business in recent months as Connect Search look to further expand their Global footprint in Food, Personal Care and Retail sectors.

The business has grown consistently from a base in Buckinghamshire since it was established in 2010 by co-founders Andy Naylor and Sean Lydon. With the goal of supporting international businesses in developing the capability of their Global and Regional leadership teams, Connect work with many of the world’s leading groups in their specialist markets and their vision is to continue to grow despite some of the challenges the Covid pandemic has presented.

Reflecting on the development of the business over the last decade, Managing Director Andy Naylor commented, “We established the business towards the end of the last financial crisis and had to work with relentless drive and passion to demonstrate our capability in a highly competitive market. This approach we believe, formed the blueprint for the business and ensured we are never complacent in understanding the importance of building the strongest talent networks globally and delivering consistently for clients and candidates. As a result, we are proud to have many long-established relationships across the world, for which we are very grateful, particularly during times such as these.”

Regarding the recent key appointments, he explained, “Our focus has always been on quality rather than building scale too quickly.
