Seán has an extensive international network within the food & ingredients sector, with a particular focus on the EMEA, North America and APAC regions. He partners organisations spanning from Fortune and FTSE listed Groups to small and medium sized enterprises, and operates across a wide range of functions to appoint executive talent, from divisional and regional level up to main board.

Seán built his career in sales and marketing and worked for an international recruitment group before co-founding Connect. He is an acknowledged expert in the international food & ingredients sector and has delivered business critical executive talent solutions for many of the world’s leading food groups.
