Interim Procurement Project Manager

London Interim £500 - £550 per day

We are currently identifying Procurement Project Managers who are experienced in Value Chain Engineering within Packaging and Ingredients and who can drive and advance the savings opportunities within this International FMCG business. The scope of the opportunity ranges from benchmarking, analysing and defining the options for the entire Value Chain, undertaking Value Engineering Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and delivering the strategy to achieve desired savings targets and embed robust governance and supplier management guidelines. An evangelical approach to promoting the broader commercial impact of procurement and excellent stakeholder management skills are advantageous.

Key attributes include; Procurement Project Management; Lean methodologies; Six Sigma or Kaizen methodology; Knowledge of Packaging & Ingredients; Leading and delivering complex value chain project solutions through individual delivery, influencing and empowering within a matrix style organisation.

To apply, you must be an experienced Procurement practitioner with a demonstrable background of value chain projects. MCIPS and MBA qualifications are highly desirable. You must be equally comfortable in undertaking the delivery aspects of the role as well as creating and championing the strategic plan.
