Our client, an International Flavours group, is recruiting a European Sales Director . Working closely with the Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team selling value added natural ingredients to major Food & Beverage Manufacturers and major flavour houses.
Key responsibilities include: Leading a team of Sales Managers in developing and growing select Accounts; Gaining competitor insight and monitoring industry trends to recommend natural ingredients product development projects and business cases, working with R&D and Customer Service teams; Developing and implementing strategic sales plans for new and existing business, forecasting and performance objectives and working with the sales team, marketing, innovation and customer service teams to ensure pricing, product and service goals are aligned; Spending time with key clients to review performance, fully understand expectations and maximise account potential.
To apply, you must be an inspiring and proven Sales Director with experience of developing new and existing business in the food and beverage sector, with B2B clients. You will have implemented sales strategy and worked closely with internal teams to influence product development, exceed customer expectation and grow key accounts whilst developing new business opportunities.
